Dr. Martin Renner
CEO
Martin is a pharmacist and studying pharmacy in Düsseldorf. He received his PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology in 2004.
He started his career in a global pharmaceutical company. In a wide variety of international management positions in the group, he took over various site managements with different dosage forms from 2013.
Based on his management experience, his pharmaceutical-technological know-how as well as his friendly and charming as well as purposefully structured management style, he has already made positive progress on several milestones at Develco since the beginning of 2020.

Head Supply Chain Management
Doris has been managing the supply chain at Develco Pharma since March 2025.
She is responsible for customer service, artwork, tactical planning, launch and tender management, CMO management, and the procurement of APIs.
Doris is a seasoned supply chain manager with extensive experience in the planning, management and optimisation of global supply chains. She specialises in delivery capability, inventory optimisation, S&OP processes, supplier management and compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Her focus is on successfully leading teams and implementing efficiency and transformation projects to achieve sustainable improvements in SCM performance and the level of service provided to customers.

Research & Development
As Head of Research and Development, Helene is our creative director. Characterized by a wonderful mixture of detective analysis and targeted creativity.

Annette Steiner-Kienzler took over the management of Develco Pharma GmbH Schopfheim in November 2023.
As someone who is known for her enthusiasm and change management, she is particularly looking forward to working with the employees to continue the company’s growth. With over 20 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at one of the international Big Five in the industry, she has successfully managed the entire E&E value chain from development to production, packaging and strategic placement of products on the market. Annette is an expert in solida and high-potent pharmaceutical manufacturing.
True to the motto: “Be the change you want to see in the world”, she has actively managed transformation and restructuring processes in the CDMO sector.
As a convinced alpinist, Annette likes to live by the motto: “I go to a summit and when I come back down, I am a different person”.

Roberto Curseri-Rödiger
Head of Corporate Quality
Roberto take over the management of the quality units in the Develco Group from December 2023.
After more than 25 years of experience in the field of Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Roberto is an expert in quality management in internationally operating pharmaceutical companies and for medical devices. He has 13 years of well-founded experience as a technical person responsible (FvP) and as a narcotics authorised representative.
Roberto started his professional career as an analytical chemistry laboratory technician at the Food Safety Office and then completed the BSc in Chemical Engineering and the MSc in Biotechnology. He has complemented his knowledge of pharmaceuticals with further GMP training in Heidelberg and Copenhagen as well as a degree of excellence studies for quality management.
Roberto’s strengths are pharmaceutical analytics as well as quality management systems. Especially in the combination of cGMP with lean management and excellence standards, he has a solid experience. He brings leadership skills and abilities in structural organizational development.
Unconditional commitment to high quality and a lively improvement process are his priorities; his commitment as well as his friendliness are his trademarks.
Alain Frey

Since September 2023, Alain has been responsible for Human Resources at Develco. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, FMCG, logistics and executive search industries, he has worked for a range of organisations, from small to large, and has a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
He is a transformational and inspirational leader with experience on boards and leading global functions. As a former bobsleigh racer and junior football coach, he knows how important teamwork is to success.
Alain started his professional career as a pharmaceutical operator and laboratory
technician and later trained in Human Resources to become a qualified Head of
HR. He is also a certified Lominger Solution Architect.
